- CFO – Human Resources (HR) Management
- Policies and Procedures Manual – created the initial Company Handbook and then updated it multiple times over the years as laws, regulations and employee needs have changes
- COVID-19 Pandemic – In March of 2020, put together a comprehensive plan including training of management, consistent communication with all employees, PPE acquisition and implementation, health and safety procedures, standards and supplies in place as business was deemed an “Essential Business” serving the Trucking Industry. Through the above along with supplying boxed lunches and attendance bonuses to on site staff, enable the Company to stay operating at all times during 2020 and 2021 and now have revenue at all-time high levels
- Development of a 3 Person HR Department – Enhanced HR Team to a 3 person unit of an HR Director, and HR Generalist and a Full Time Recruiter to enhance our Employee Experience
- Conversion to a new Payroll Service in 2021 - Allowing for greater Employee involvement through enhanced technology while also allowing interactive benefit communication, employee evaluation and coaching
- Compensation Analysis – Complete employee review by person, by department and geographical location vs independent data to see what percentile your team measures up too as you strive to attract and maintain top talent
- Leadership Development – Mentor to Controller, Finance Team, HR, Senior Leadership Team, creating an atmosphere of learning, personal and Company Growth. The 36 years of operational experience enabled me to understand the challenges of each position and work with the employee on maximizing their strengths.
