- Contract Negotiation – Decades of experience in all aspects of business negotiating contracts. All agreements can be negotiated as to price, cost, rate, term, options, etc. and the goal is for a mutually beneficial relationship ongoing while protecting your firm on the downside
- Customer Contracts – Categories to negotiate include current price, future price increases if multi year term – (CPI/PPI Index, Hardship clause if your vendor has extraordinary price increase), freight (who pays freight on stock orders, emergency orders, etc..), shipping date requirements, Purchase Order (PO) Terms and conditions, renewal options, minimum spend, etc. I negotiated long term, multimillion $ contracts with a large OEM and our Company that resulted in extensions, renewals, etc.
- Leases, Vendor Agreements, Government Bids/Contracts, etc. – All contracts should be reviewed for understanding of all clauses and do not assume clauses, big or small, cannot cause a detrimental impact to your firm. Experienced with all contracts and can review, challenge and when appropriate highlight concern areas and send to legal counsel for review
