Over 35 years of experience with IT Conversions and designing and implementing accounting systems, driving from the trial balance through the financials.
I have worked with family owned businesses as well as Private Equity owned firms and truly understand the needs and desires of both. I can work with your finance team (person) to review your current accounting structure from General Ledger through the financials to ensure it is fitting your needs today and what you may need for the future. Knowing your audience is key in communication and presentation of the financials and we can meet with users to best understand.
Working as a CFO for two different Private Equity firms has enabled me to “live” and operate in this high paced environment. We can discuss and plan if you are considering “Private Equity Investment” in the future or you are currently Private Equity owned.
